The Department of Business Innovation and Skills has published details of the regulations due next year to outlaw blacklisting of trade unionists.The Regulations will make it unlawful for organisations to refuse employment to or sack individuals because they are on a blacklist and enable unions and blacklisted individuals to take action against anyone who draws up or circulates a blacklist as well as employers who use them.The Regulations are expected …

Forklift driver fined over colleague’s death

A forklift truck driver has been fined £1500 for his role in an accident in which a colleague suffered fatal injuries.
